Returns/Exchanges

  • Request for refunds and exchanges can be made from the home page through the CONTACT link at the top of the page.  Please include order number in subject of message (ex. Return Request for Order # 12345).  All returns and exchanges must be confirmed in advance or they will not be accepted. 
  • Unused merchandise, incorrect orders, and orders received damaged from the seller can be returned for a full refund.
  • Unused merchandise, incorrect orders, and orders received damaged from the seller can be exchanged for any product available, with provisions for any refunds or payments for additional incurred costs. 
  •  If merchandise arrives to customer damaged, or if the customer received the wrong order, True Orleans will cover the cost for all shipping on returns and exchanges.  Shipping costs for all other requests for refunds or exchanges will be at the customer's expense. 
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of returned merchandise.
